Advance Headers have been established for 16 years with a further 17 years of previous experience in the industry. All the headers are Interference design or T.Y. which are best suited for standard or mildly modified engines revving up to 6,5000 RPM. This design gives much higher torque and horsepower figures than tuned type which work well in the mid to high rev range, e.g. 5,000 to 9,000 RPM. The flange plates are computer laser cut with precision accuracy, and due to much less heat produced in the cutting process, a much higher quality product can be achieved. All the pipes are fitted through the flange plates giving a much better flow rate of the head and more strength to the headers compared to butt welded models. The cones used are of a low taper design which greatly assists the flow of gasses from the primary to the secondary pipes. With 30 years experience we have acquired a great deal of knowledge of chassis and engine dynos to produce the best performing headers on the market. To finish off the appearance, we have welded an Advance tag to the headers and have coated them with a grey heat proof paint so it keeps its great appearance for many years for every car enthusiast.
