When designing our sliders, we keep three things in mind.
8mm laser cut mild steel brackets with support gussets.
3mm wall 2” square and round tube
5 X 3mm wall 1 ¾” Laser cut notched round spacers joining the rails
All tube ends are capped. Increased strength and stops mud getting in.
Assembled on a Jig. Consistent quality Product.
Professionally Sand Blasted
Professionally Powder coated Black (other colors available, ring to enquire)
All Bolts (10mm), nuts, flat & spring washers supplied (Hi-tensile 8.8)

We can get a freight quote for you if you need them shipped. They are quite large and quite heavy.
Each side weighs roughly 20 - 25kgs
The Sliders have been developed with the home handy man in mind.
They can be easily fitted at home with No specialized tools required!
All mounts on our sliders are bolt up. NO WELDING REQUIRED!
On models requiring some drilling, we pre-drill our mounts so you just have to put your drill through our holes and use them as a guide.
There are no chassis modifications required unlike other ‘weld on’ designs.
The base square tube runs directly under the factory body join. We have found that the square tube is much better at carrying the weight and does not bend/dent as easy as the round tube.
Where possible they have been cut to blend in nicely with the original body flares.
We have kept them up high and in close so you don't get hung up on them when 4WDing. They come out far enough to get a foot on so they can also be used as a step.
We asked a Reputable Powder Coater what would be best for this application and he recommended
Professionally Sand Blasted. This is the first step to ensure a clean base surface for coating and guarantees a solid quality finish
Powder coat is the strongest and most durable colored coating for this kind of application.
Our Standard colour is Crystal Black.
Other colour scan be requested but will take longer and prices may vary.
